Had my 1st lecture for Work Integrated Learning (WIL) subject today. There were 2 irritating Australian lecturers. One was more irritating than the other coz she always said "The students who just came, who are 5 mins late, are the type of people whom I won't want to employ, bla bla bla." She did that a few more times after a few mins had passed. It was sooo annoying. She even acted so childish-ly as to confiscate 1 of the student's mobile phone while he was typing sms secretly. She did mention in the beginning of the lecture about switching our mobiles off though. But it just didn't make any sense. Usually our mobiles are just expected to be switched to "silent" mode during lectures and not "off".
Anyway, the other lecturer was less annoying but she reminded me of Miss Swan. If you dunno who is that, go to WWW.YOUTUBE.COM and type miss swan. Watch her and have yourself a good laugh :D
During the lecture, we were once asked to write down an issue onto coloured papers. The miss-swan-look-alike pasted some scotch tapes on the side of the wall like she had nothing else to do. It was kindda chaotic looking when several students began to go down to paste their group's paper. I found it unique and hillarious to see this kind of lecture style. I took a snap of the whole scene (with the 2 lecturers inside it of coz).
